Product Overview

The Torsion Spring - E-Modules Machined is made from stainless steel which provides higher strength and hardness to the material. The torsion spring is intended to statically holding a mechanism in place by deflecting the legs about the body centerline axis. It is manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The high dimensional stability of the spring ensures its perfect fit as per the requirement. The stainless steel material used for the spring has good mechanical properties like tensile strength, hardness and wear resistance which ensures a long-life span for the spring. The ends of the spring are centered and it is free from any sharp edges improving the safety aspect of the spring. It does not contain more than 0.1% by weight in homogeneous materials for lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) and not more than 0.01% by weight in homogeneous materials for cadmium. It is also free from dust, grinding, lubricants or other impurities.
