The MOSFET (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) transistor is a semiconductor device which is widely used for switching and amplifying electronic signals in the electronic devices.The MOSFET have three terminals as source, gate, and drain.The efficient geometry and unique processing of this MOSFET achieves very low on-state resistance combined with high transconductance, superior reverse energy and diode recovery dv/dt capability.This product is well suited for applications such as switching power supplies, motor controls, inverters, choppers, audio amplifiers and high energy pulse circuits. This MOSFET is compatible to be used in KV Control Board, Rotor Control, of GE's Definium AMX700 system.
