Product Specific Terms

Ultrasound probes replacement

The present price for replacement ultrasound probe is only valid subject to the Buyer returning the defective probe to GEHC by handing it over to the courier when the replacement probe is delivered. Should the Buyer fail to return the defective probe, GEHC will charge an additional fee consisting of 50 (fifty) % of the price of the replacement probe.
Replacement probe model ordered by the Buyer shall be the same as the defective probe model. Buyer cannot purchase through this website additional probes or replace its defective probe with another model of a probe even if it is compatible with its equipment model.
GEHC warrants that replacement ultrasound probes are free from defects in workmanship or materials under normal usage for a period of twelve (12) months from delivery and any claim should be submitted in writing within such period.
When the ultrasound probe is in stock, GEHC will make reasonable efforts to deliver it within a minimum of 2 (two) and maximum of 5 (five) working days. Should the probe not be in stock, the approximate estimated delivery date will be communicated to the Buyer by GEHC upon placement of the order.

Life Care Solutions spare parts

"Life Care Solutions" shall mean equipment from anesthesia, respiratory care, diagnostic cardiology, maternal & infant care, and monitoring solutions families.
"FRU" or "Field Replaceable Unit" shall mean an assembly of spare parts.
Customer is solely responsible for the installation of Life Care Solutions spare parts purchased through this website strictly in accordance with any applicable manufacturer's instructions contained in the user manual, service manual (if available) or any other supporting documentation. GEHC may perform such installation upon Customer's request and for additional fees.

Product Overview

The Battery is used to supply power to the system. The service kit battery consist of lithium battery CR2032, label blank 3.00mm X 2.40mm and label adhesive service kit. The lithium battery CR2032 is a coin type battery. It provides nominal capacity of 210mAh. Lithium-ion batteries last longer than conventional batteries and do not require replacement as often. It can provide one hour of battery life with a single fully charged battery. The lithium ion technology used is significantly less hazardous to the environment than the lithium metal technology used in some other batteries. The materials of positive and negative electrodes are SUS430 with Nickle plated. Extra coatings are avoided as it affects the performance of the battery. It has an average service life of 940 hours. The label is made up of Weber Transprint I55 and its face sheet is white with ultra-coat sheet paper. Its rubber based adhesive has a temperature range of 45° F to 120° F and the liner used is high strength silicon coated. This battery is used in many systems such as ARC Aestiva 7100, Giraffe™ Carestation Incubator, ARC Aisys, ARC Engstrom Carestation, ARC Airway Gas Module, MIC Panda™ iRES Warmer and MIC Giraffe™ OmniBed.
