Product Specific Terms

Ultrasound probes replacement

The present price for replacement ultrasound probe is only valid subject to the Buyer returning the defective probe to GEHC by handing it over to the courier when the replacement probe is delivered. Should the Buyer fail to return the defective probe, GEHC will charge an additional fee consisting of 50 (fifty) % of the price of the replacement probe.
Replacement probe model ordered by the Buyer shall be the same as the defective probe model. Buyer cannot purchase through this website additional probes or replace its defective probe with another model of a probe even if it is compatible with its equipment model.
GEHC warrants that replacement ultrasound probes are free from defects in workmanship or materials under normal usage for a period of twelve (12) months from delivery and any claim should be submitted in writing within such period.
When the ultrasound probe is in stock, GEHC will make reasonable efforts to deliver it within a minimum of 2 (two) and maximum of 5 (five) working days. Should the probe not be in stock, the approximate estimated delivery date will be communicated to the Buyer by GEHC upon placement of the order.

Life Care Solutions spare parts

"Life Care Solutions" shall mean equipment from anesthesia, respiratory care, diagnostic cardiology, maternal & infant care, and monitoring solutions families.
"FRU" or "Field Replaceable Unit" shall mean an assembly of spare parts.
Customer is solely responsible for the installation of Life Care Solutions spare parts purchased through this website strictly in accordance with any applicable manufacturer's instructions contained in the user manual, service manual (if available) or any other supporting documentation. GEHC may perform such installation upon Customer's request and for additional fees.

Product Overview

The Printer DP110-410 with ESU Fix is used in Patient Monitoring and other medical equipments as applicable. The printer allows taking print out with high-resolution images in full color (with 256 shades per color, a total of more than 16,700,000 colors in all) in high resolution print mode (approximately 379 dpi). By changing the menu settings for the printer, the user can make various types of printouts. The caption can also be added to the printouts. The ordinary printer operations can be carried out using the buttons on the printer. The product is made from the material which possess flexibility, impact resistant, high rigidity, abrasion and strain resistant, reliable operation, excellent performance and increased lifespan. The high quality thermal print engine can produce hard copy prints of still images captured by these systems for use in patient records and referrals. They have an excellent structural stability. It is free from dust, burrs, sharp edges, surface blemishes, sink marks and flash. The product is securely packaged inside a high quality packing box to avoid physical damage during transit and labeled with details about the product, Quality Assurance (QA) seal and shipment details.
