Product Overview
The Reservoir Condenser Breathing Circuit Gas Injection Molded is a condenser that removes water in the system, which is produced from the reaction of CO₂ gas with the absorbent during low flow anesthesia. The condenser is connected between the outlet of the absorber canister and the inlet of the circuit module. Moisture in the gas is condensed into water droplet which run into the condenser reservoir. The condenser reservoir is the storage area which takes the condensation in the pipe after the condensation process has been done. It also acts like a pressure relief mechanism in the condensation unit. The condenser is made of Radel® R-5000, which is a transparent polyphenylsulfone material. This material has characteristics like hydrolytic stability, superior toughness, high temperature resistance and flame retardance. The reservoir is transparent, so one can observe the water droplet level present in the condenser. This component is made with high accuracy and finish for a precise fitting. This part is widely used in ARC Aespire View, ARC Avance CS2, ARC Tec 7 Vaporizer and other systems.
